Here at Seacycle Swim, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we're here to help you get your order correct. 

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a refund for full priced items* returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery and in accordance with our terms and conditions of returns.  

If your item isn't full priced (i.e. you used a discount code or purchased a sale garment), we offer a store credit if the item/s are returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery and in accordance with our terms and conditions of returns.  

Please consider your purchases carefully and refer to our size guide, having to return your items is very costly to little businesses.

1- Try on your garments over underwear

2- Take unwanted garments & check tag/hygiene sticker that all are attached in original condition. Place items back in garment bag if your purchase came in one.

3- Read our terms & conditions of purchase below to avoid any confusion & processing delays.

4- Email us at and we will send you our Returns form.  Fill out your returns form and include it with your return, making sure you fill in ALL sections to make it easier/faster for us to process at Seacycle Swim HQ Australia.

5- Post back to the address provided (all returns are to be sent back to Australia). Regular or Express shipping method is up to the customer along with the shipping company you choose to use. We suggest you get a return tracking number as we will not take responsibility for lost returns.

6- Once the items arrive at Seacycle Swim, you will receive an email confirmation that your items have been refunded or that your store credit is ready to use.

Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your return to be processed during sale periods.




Full priced items are eligible for refunds. We do not reimburse for return shipping.

All refunds are given of the full price value of the item minus the initial shipping cost of the order (If you qualified for free shipping but are sending back your order, we minus the shipping cost of your order)

Unworn items must be returned in original packaging- with hygiene liner still attached in the correct position and if your item came in a garment bag this too should be returned. We can legally refuse to refund your items if the hygiene stickers & tags have been removed or tampered with.

We suggest you try on your Seacycle Swim garments over your underwear due to hygiene reasons. 

The customer is responsible for sending the garments back to the address provided with the returns form filled out in FULL with the order number.

We do not offer straight exchanges. In the case you'd like to re-order the same item, just a different variant, you will be given a store credit for the price of the garment to repurchase your correct items. You'll do this by placing a new order online.

Returns & store credits are processed within two business days after the item is received and checked. A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded or exchanged and returned. 

Restocking Fee Policy: To cover operational expenses, a restocking fee of £3 / $5 will be charged for all returns. This is to cover the shipping materials (all recycled), the warehouse labor it takes to pack, send, receive back and restock your items, administrative tasks to adjust website inventories, website costs and fees.

Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Exemptions include store credit, defective/damaged products, and errors on our part.Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your return to be processed during sale periods.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.


Returns On Free shipping Promotions - If you are returning items that had a free shipping offer, and your return/s have your order fall below the free shipping offer or you return the item that had postage included, a refund or store credit is processed less the postage that would have been applied. 




Items that were not purchased at full price, ie they are a sale item, or were discounted with a promotional code / during a promotional sale period (such as our Black Friday Sale) are not eligible for a refund, but can be returned in exchange for store credit.

Items that are marked as "Final Sale" are none returnable, they will not be restocked and cannot be accepted as a return - no exceptions.

If items bought with a discount code are returned, you will be issued a store credit of the amount that you paid. We do not allow a further discount code alongside any store credit.



If on the very rare occasion you come across a fault in your item that you deem to be a manufacturing fault please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery at with a photo so we can assess the issue & arrange a suitable replacement/refund. 



A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a discount code, which you can use to repurchase your desired piece! Store Credits have no expiry date. All exchanges are done via a store credit.

Please be aware that you will receive the store credit for the amount you paid for your piece, minus shipping fees. If you have any issues, please email



If you choose to return an AfterPay order that is full price, you will receive a refund via Afterpay. If you return an AfterPay order where you purchased sale items or used a discount code on your order, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. Please note that your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand, and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.



• We ‘Seacycle Swim’ reserve the right to refuse returns & not honour refunds on items that have been worn, stained/soiled, laundered or altered in any way. This includes such marks as bodily fluids, deodorant stains & removed/tampered with liners. 

• In the occurrence of garments returned within these conditions, we will void your refund/store credit. Returning the garment to the customer will incur a return shipping cost to be paid by the customer.

• This policy is set in place due to swimwear being classified as ‘underwear’ & due to hygiene reasons once garments are not resalable, they have to be destroyed, which is a loss to our company, unhygienic & harmful for the environment.

* Full priced items are classed as swimwear and clothing items from our website that have not been discounted in any way (including first purchase discount). Item must be returned in original condition with all  hygiene labels in tact.
