STANDARD RETURNS POLICY - AUSTRALIA

~ If you are not happy with your purchase, full-priced items may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
~ Sale items, bundle items, or items purchased using a discount code of 20% or more may be returned for an exchange or store credit only.
~ Final Sale and Warehouse Sale items are not eligible for return.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of dispatch. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 3 business days. Returns sent outside this timeframe may be cancelled.
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping to our HQ may choose their own return shipping method (e.g. Australia Post) or purchase a prepaid return label via our returns portal.
EXCHANGES
We offer one exchange per transaction.
Return shipping costs to us are the responsibility of the customer; however, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item once the exchange is approved.
FAULTS
On the rare occasion that your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please email sales@seacycleswim.com within 7 days with photos. Once assessed, we will offer a repair, replacement, store credit or refund.
Please note - All orders are inspected thoroughly for faults before dispatch by our QC team. If on the rare occasion your item has a Minor faults such as a button missing, we will be able fix or replace your item.
All products must be returned in the following condition
- Unworn / Unwashed
- Tags attached
- Without perfume or deodorant smells
- Swimwear and Bodysuits are to be tried on wearing undergarments and the protective hygiene sticker must remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if the hygiene sticker has been removed or altered.
We do not allow ‘returns of returns’, if you have exchanged your item, or opted for store credit, we do not allow multiple returns under the same transaction.
Seacycle Swim reserves the right to reject any return if the garment has been returned back to us not in its original condition. Any garment/s returned to us that have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way or form will be rejected of a refund or store credit.
You will be given the option to pay for the goods to be returned back to you.

Bundle Pricing
Bundle pricing applies only when all items are purchased together and cannot be combined with other offers or codes.
Returns & Store Credit
Example:
“3 Sets for $333” = $111 store credit per returned item
RETURNS AND PROCESSING
Once your return has been tracked as delivered. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing especially in busy / sales periods.
STORE CREDITS/GIFT CARDS
- When your return is processed you will receive a refund / store credit for the amount you paid for the item at the time of purchase.
- You will receive refund or an email containing your store credit
RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY / KLARNA
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you are not in Australia ~ Please jump onto our returns portal here within 14 days of your order date.
- International returns will be issued with a store credit once received back to our warehouse. At this time we are unable to do international exchanges.
- Seacycle Swim do not cover the cost of returns
-USA orders include a 10% duties and tariff charge which we build into our price. In the event of a return, this duty / tariff will be deducted from the return, as duties and tariffs are paid to customs authorities and are not refunded to us.
- No international duties or taxes are refundable to us or the customer so please consider your purchase and use our size guides, having to return your items is very costly to little businesses.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNS - THE NITTY GRITTY
FULL PRICE ORDERS
Full priced items are eligible for refunds. We do not reimburse for return shipping.
Restocking Fee Policy: To cover operational expenses, a restocking fee of $5 per item will be charged for all returns. This is to cover the shipping materials (all recycled), the warehouse labor it takes to pack, send, resteaming, and restock your items, administrative tasks to adjust website inventories, website costs and fees.
Returns On Free shipping Promotions - If you are returning items that had a free shipping offer, and your return/s have your order fall below the free shipping offer or you return the whole order, a refund is processed less the postage that would have been applied.
SALE / DISCOUNTED ORDERS
Items that were not purchased at full price, ie they are a sale item, or were discounted with a promotional code / during a promotional sale period (such as our Black Friday Sale) are not eligible for a refund, but can be returned for an excahnge for store credit.
Items that are marked as "Final Sale" and / or less than $20 are none returnable, they will not be restocked and cannot be accepted as a return - no exceptions.
If items bought with a discount code are returned, you will be issued a store credit of the amount that you paid. We do not allow a further discount code alongside any store credit.
We do not allow returns that have used a store credit to purchase.
PRE ORDERS
Pre-orders are unable to be cancelled once the order has gone through. We use this information to give the unit numbers our manufacturers and therefore are unable to cancel orders after this time.
CANCELLED ORDERS
We charge a $5 fee on cancelled orders as we still have to pay transaction fees even with cancelled orders. We do not allow orders to be cancelled during sale periods.
