Free shipping available on orders over $200 in the USA, £125 in the UK and $199 in Australia.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback however it appears that your review relates to the product itself rather than the Shipping Protection service.

    As an international order, delivery can sometimes take a little longer due to customs processing and local courier networks, which are unfortunately outside of our control. We do clearly state our estimated delivery timeframes on our website prior to purchase so that customers can review them in advance.

    Regarding the fabric, the items you purchased are made from a 55% linen / 45% cotton blend, as detailed in the product description. Linen blends naturally have a firmer, more textured feel than softer fabrics when new, but they become noticeably softer with wear and washing over time.
